A senior-led operational improvement consultancy
Process-first cost-to-serve improvement for regulated, high-volume operations.
Accountable leadership, specialist delivery
Leania owns executive discovery, diagnosis, critical decisions and final quality sign-off. Analysts and specialists deliver defined components under documented acceptance criteria, and Leania retains acceptance and quality control independent of the build supplier.
The leadership is technically literate delivery leadership: specification, architecture of requirements, acceptance control, user-acceptance testing and assurance of specialist build — not personal software engineering.
Led personally, delivered with specialists

Tony brought his industry knowledge and passion to the automation team help to mature the governance model and align with our overseas center of excellence team, to overcome several challenges. His keenness for governance and control helped the team put measures in place to avoid 'technical debt' later in the process. His people-first approach to automation discovery and positive attitude won the hearts and minds of business stakeholders, helping us build a large pipeline of potential automation opportunities.
During my time as Head of UK Operations at SEI we needed someone to come in and support our RPA programme. What was missing for us was having someone who had a good technical understanding of RPA who could help us identify specific processes which would benefit by using RPA but could also challenge the developers of the RPA. Hiring Antony gave us that missing piece to our RPA jigsaw. His enthusiasm for using automation and technology in the business world is a breath of fresh air. This enthusiasm and vision came to life when on Antony's first few weeks at SEI he pulled together a selection of like minded innovators from different business units to design and build an RPA and Chatbot concept as their idea in an Ideathon competition in the UK office which they won! This particular idea was also featured in The Fintech Times newspaper. In his first month at SEI, Antony organised meet ups for all new starters to meet after their working day to assist them as well as for them to share their experiences and any ideas. Antony always had a keen interest in what was happening in the industry and attended events when it involved automation, RPA, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Data Analytics and more . A good solid team player who was integral with our plans to automate processes within Operations, especially when deploying RPA. It was a privilege to feature in Antony's recently published book 'Business @The Speed Of Bots' which I am sure will help anyone who is keen to learn more on how RPA could work for them and their business.
tony was really helpful in understanding the business requirement of the Team and was flexible in making changes to enhance the process. He was willing to listen to suggestions and was approachable. He was articulate in explaining concepts which was helpful to those of us with little experience in this field.
The weaker, defensible claim wins
Plain, specific, quantified. We state the boundary before being asked, and where wording could promise more than the evidence supports, we choose the weaker form.
Every published number carries its evidence status and its metric class, and synthetic demonstrations are labelled as synthetic wherever they appear.
What we do not do
No actuarial, underwriting, tax-technical, legal or audit advice. No audit opinion. No certification of accounts. Technical build is delivered by specified specialists under Leania's requirements, acceptance criteria and quality controls.
We do not guarantee a unit-cost outcome that depends on client adoption, volume mix, staffing decisions, data quality or third-party delivery outside our control.
