Structured discovery locates where to investigate → proprietary workflow-discovery tooling establishes how the work actually flows → AI-assisted process-evidence analysis tests the operational evidence through a structured Define, Measure, Analyse, Improve and Control (DMAIC) assessment. Leania decides which steps are warranted and governs the interpretation.
