Leania uses proprietary internal tooling to structure operational evidence, maintain traceability and accelerate analysis. The technology helps practitioners work through larger amounts of workflow evidence consistently, and makes it easier to trace findings back to their source.
It does not make the final decision. Senior practitioners remain accountable for interpretation, challenge, intervention selection and the recommendations presented to the client.
Process first, tools second
Leania is vendor-neutral and process-first. The workflow and its economics are established before any tool is chosen — and the right answer is sometimes training or upstream prevention rather than technology.

Proprietary internal tooling helps structure operational evidence into a reviewable current state. Practitioners validate the output.
The tooling supports the assessment. It does not autonomously validate root causes, approve recommendations or replace practitioner judgement.
Senior practitioners remain accountable for scope, interpretation, validation and decisions.
Tool output informs the work. It does not replace the qualified judgements — tax review, underwriting assessment and their equivalents — that sit downstream of these processes.
Leania uses internal tooling where it improves evidence quality, analytical consistency and traceability. The tooling accelerates delivery; it does not replace practitioner judgement, client decisions or the wider consulting engagement.
